1:1 Therapy
-helpful to process past experiences and dismantle core beliefs in a deeper way.
-May be short-term and solutions focused as well.
-May be a better fit if you feel there is more to process in your past that currently affects your present and/or future.
-Licensing may also play a role in session choice.
1:1 [peer] consultation
-helpful if you want to focus on present & future oriented goals or plans.
-may look like a single consultation or perhaps an ongoing supportive relationship depending on each client’s stated situations & desired goals.
-trauma processing is typically not incorporated into these sessions but they are trauma informed nonetheless.
-may be a better fit if you seek support in clarifying your vision, future goals & identifying steps to get there
